Q. The contents aren't full in the tube
A. Due to the nature of tube packaging, the cream is not filled all the way to the top to ensure product stability. Rest assured, the correct amount has been filled, so you can use it with confidence.
Q. How do I use it?
A. Apply every other night for the first two weeks. Use a small amount (about 2mm) on targeted areas. If irritation occurs, reduce usage and add a soothing moisturizer. Avoid contact with eyes and wash hands after application.
Q. Can I use it in the morning?
A. This product is for night time use only, and sunscreen must be applied the following day to protect the skin.
Q. I applied the product, and my face turned yellow.
A. The retinal may cause your skin to appear slightly yellow after application. It will wash off completely with cleansing.
Q. My skin feels irritated and has turned red.
A. Retinal and A-Shot may cause irritation, redness or peeling in some people. Reduce the amount or frequency of use if this happens, and always moisturize well after application.
