30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return and refund. This applies to opened and used products too.
How to start a return
- Email contact@velviah.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.
Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as returns go to different addresses depending on the product.
Return postage
If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we pay for the return postage. For any other reason, return postage is paid by you.
Refunds
We refund the full price of the item to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return, or of receiving proof that you've sent it, whichever is sooner. If you return your whole order within 14 days of delivery, we also refund the standard delivery cost. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.
Faulty devices
If a device stops working properly within 6 months of delivery, email us with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We'll repair it, replace it or refund you in full, and we'll pay any postage.
Your legal rights
If you live in the UK or the EU, you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
